What we do
Commercial Electrostatic Air Filter Service
Sonitx West provides custom designed electrostatic MERV8 electrostatic air filters for use in commercial buildings. Our service maintains these filters on a set schedule and sends you documentation of the work at every service.
Coil Cleaning
We provide regularly scheduled professional coil cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor coils based on your contaminant load.
Fin Damage Repair
Hail storms will no longer impact your cooling. Sonitx West, as part of our service, will repair hail damage as soon as we see it. It is a free service that is part of our contract.
Comprehensive reporting
You will never have to wonder when we are on your roof, or what we are doing there. Every service will have comprehensive pictures of our work with time stamps, GPS embedding, and pictures of any rooftop problems we find. We were one of the first service companies to implement this technology. Our customers have been notified of every service in their email inbox since 2010.
Easy Billing
Our billing can be tailored to your budgeting needs. In many cases the entire cost of our services will be completely offset by savings in energy. Why pay NV Energy, when you can pay us with the savings and reduce breakdowns of your equipment at the same time? We can offer monthly billing options for easier budgeting.
Emergency Service
We offer Emergency services when HVAC companies have told you that your problem is a dirty coil. We have equipment that is more powerful and effective than any HVAC company in the Valley, and can clean your coil on the same day, if needed, for less. We have been able to save hundreds of coils that HVAC companies thought were too bad to restore.
