We make a video evaluation of your site, if requested, and let YOU determine the course of action you'd like to take. We can take pictures and videos of your units for your inspection,  while simultaneously measuring for our custom sized filters to provide you an accurate quote.  Our evaluations are free of charge.

We will provide you an accurate quote, listing options you could choose to take. 

Our air filter contracts are all five year contracts, with exit provisions for economic hardship should the economy take a turn for the worst.  

We had dozens of customers who went out of business during the 2009 Las Vegas economic implosion and  didn't survive.  

During the pandemic we put all our customers on a 3-6 month reprieve as needed to help them survive. 

 A contract is not to be feared, as we believe in treating others as we would want to be treated ourselves. All we ask is that we get 90 days notice and that all work that has been completed to date, be paid up when a hardship request is requested.  We can work with you on easy terms.   As Las Vegas residents we know how the economy can cause economic hardship, especially for small businesses.

The filters are a substantial investment and can take up to two years of that five year contract before we turn any profit on our services. We can do this because most of our customers are loyal to us, as we are to them, and renew every five years.  Some are on their fifth five year renewal. 

All our filtration is electrostatic. We are an environmentally conservative company that has built its reputation on better filtration, while keeping paper filters from filling our landfills.

Sonitx National "Easy Breze™" Air Filter Company is one of our Sonitx divisions. They manufacture and supply filters all over the world, from our facility in Sandy Valley, NV. 

Our filters are the result of many years of testing on hundreds of rooftops to make the best electrostatic filter in existence.  These filters replace all your one and 2 inch paper filters, and can sometimes be built up to 3 to 4 inch variations if the dust load requires it. 

All our filters are custom sized to avoid gaps that allow dust to seep into your coil.  For example, if you have a unit with two 20x30 filters side by side, we will likely create a 30x40 filter that covers the entire coil.  For large office buildings our filters can be custom sized as large as 25x150 inches to insure there is no possibility of air bypass. 

Unlike other manufacturers,  we are set up for custom sizes and fast turnover. You won't be waiting weeks or months for us to get started.  If you have less than 50 filters in your contract they will likely be available within 48 hours.

If your contract includes coil cleaning, we will get on it right away.  Our crews are efficient and thorough.  In the warmer months most of our work is done at night.  

Our software will send you before and after pictures of each coil and pictures of the newly installed filter.  You will always know when your filters have been serviced because the next morning you will have a detailed report in your inbox. 

When contracted. you condenser coils will be cleaned every year and your evaporator coils will be cleaned every 5 years.  Should your coils exceed manufacturers specs, and become dirty between the 5 year interval, we will re-clean them for free.
